I woke up extremely hungry and running a little late for my first class, so for breakfast I ate some more peanuts! My vegetarian menu is getting a little small. Lunch I ate another baked potato only this time I added sunflower seeds. It was a nice surprise and a habit I think I may keep. Tonight I walked right back over to the student center, and ordered the same thing as Monday, a small(6') veggie max with lettuce, tomatoes, olives, and fat free ranch. It's only been 3 days and I'm already getting tired of my limited choices! HELP!! I need more options....any ideas?
