Once again i decided to skip breakfast which turned out to be a horrible idea considering in the middle of my business class my stomach started to grumble. I decided I needed to do a little research to figure out how i would keep up on protein needs. I printed off a HUGE list of foods I can eat to maintain my protein. Although I can say that some of them I will NOT be trying, such as veggie burger or veggie dog? Today at lunch, I again settled for a baked potato with the cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, cheese, and cucumbers. Before work I drove down to Target and bought a BIG bottle of dry roasted peanuts to help my protein situation. For dinner, I ate tons and tons of peanuts!
